• Paper copies - $.15 per page
• Public records scanned into electronic format - $.10 per page
• Every four electronic files or attachments uploaded to email, cloud based data storage service or other means of electronic delivery - $.05
• Transmission of public records in an electronic format or for the use of city equipment to send records electronically - $.10 per gigabyte

Effective 1/1/2022, Longview will charge $41.80 per hour redaction fee. This fee applies to Body Worn Camera video requests only.

A 10% deposit will be required before the request is processed.

The actual cost of any digital storage media or device provided by the city, the actual cost of any container or envelope used to mail copies and the actual postage or delivery charge.
